TLP Projects burned 41.6% of token supply in multi-chain empire pitch
'The System That Changed Everything'
Scottgerrard.com opens with a claim in all caps: 'The system that changed everything.' Beneath it, the pitch asks visitors to 'build your online empire' by mixing crypto, AI, social media and affiliate commissions 'into one compounding system. No shortcuts — just the exact blueprint that works.' The only interactive element is an email field promising 'instant access to Step 1 — building your community and your first recurring income stream,' labelled 'Free. Always.' A 'Members Login' leads to a dashboard page that reads 'Members Only' and asks for the email a visitor signed up with. That is the entire public surface: a lead-capture funnel, a login gate and a token ticker, with no wallet or network connection required at signup.
The whole domain folds into this single page — the root URL, a URL named for an earlier 'Learn With Legends' sales page, and the domain of the second token the site markets all land on the same landing page. The operator is Scott Gerrard, the name the domain carries; in January 2025 he appeared on the Network Marketing Insider podcast in an episode titled 'Sharing how coin creators follow network marketing model with Scott Gerrard' that points listeners at scottgerrard.com. An August 2025 archive of the site shows an earlier incarnation, 'AAA Wealth Builders,' promising members could 'earn real commissions — from $12.50 per month to thousands in one-time payments.' The domain was registered in October 2022 with Wix as registrar, and the site first appears in the Wayback Machine in March 2023. There is no team page, no documentation and no whitepaper anywhere on the site; the page's four self-described pillars are:
| Concept | Real-World Implication |
|---|---|
| Crypto | The funnel owns its token, TLP, which is the crypto leg of the pitch |
| AI | Promised as a pillar, with no product detail published anywhere |
| Social Media | Community-building is the step-one skill the email funnel teaches |
| Affiliate Commissions | Referral revenue is the 'recurring income stream' the page promises |
The Token: Mostly Vaulted or Gone
TLP is an Algorand Standard Asset (ASA) named 'The Legend Projects' — a token issued directly on Algorand's base layer, which means anyone can mint one in minutes without deploying a smart contract. Its on-chain record begins on 25 December 2022, and its main trading pool on the Tinyman DEX was created in February 2023. The account that created the asset holds none of it; the asset's manager and reserve roles sit with a different account, which has no freeze or clawback power over holders but does control the reserve. That creator account has minted at least 45 other Algorand assets — among them 'LitKoin,' 'QueerCoin' and one literally named 'raymond-test' — a footprint that looks like serial token creation rather than a single-purpose issuer. The token is still alive on-chain: its most recent real transfer landed on 19 August 2026.
Vestige, the Algorand market-data aggregator, breaks the one-billion-token supply into:
| Concept | Figure | Real-World Implication |
|---|---|---|
| Total supply | 1,000,000,000 TLP | The base for any valuation math |
| Vault | 580,000,000 TLP (58%) | Classified by Vestige as locked outside the tradable float |
| Burned | 416,437,833 TLP (41.6%) | The largest holder balance matches this figure exactly |
| Circulating | 3,562,167 TLP (0.36%) | The only TLP actually available to trade |
The reserve role, held by the same account that manages the asset, holds effectively none of the token. The burn is recent history: on 1 January 2026 the manager account moved 399.8 million TLP in a single transfer to the address that now holds the 416.4 million balance Vestige categorizes as burned. That address also holds more than 8,500 other Algorand assets and receives daily dust transfers of obscure tokens — the pattern of a token sink. It is worth being precise about what 'burned' means on Algorand: the asset layer has no native burn, so removing tokens is a transfer to an address, and any ordinary address can send its balance on again. This holding is out of circulation, but it is only as permanent as whoever controls that wallet chooses to make it — and the site does not describe how the vault works or when, if ever, it unlocks.
Where TLP Actually Trades
The trading data behind the marketing is thin but real. TLP carries a 'verified' badge on the two largest Algorand DEXs, which confirms the pool metadata, not the project's legitimacy:
| Concept | Figure | Real-World Implication |
|---|---|---|
| Tinyman liquidity | ~$817 across pools | A pool of a few hundred dollars; one meaningful order moves the price |
| Tinyman 24h volume | ~$1.63 | Effectively no trading |
| Tinyman 7d volume | ~$14.80 | A week of activity smaller than a single casual trade elsewhere |
| Pact pools | 10 listed, all $0 TVL | Listed on the exchange but nothing deposited |
| Vestige TVL | 4,106 (71.94% confidence) | Aggregator's ALGO-denominated readout |
| Vestige market cap / FDMC | 3,288 / 922,970 | Aggregator's ALGO-denominated readout |
| Vestige price display | 0.039229 (ALGO) | The aggregator's current price readout |
Vestige's five largest pool pairs for TLP are with NMI, USDt, AAA, ENS and ALGO — meaning most of the token's liquidity sits paired with other micro-cap Algorand assets rather than with the chain's stablecoins or ALGO itself. The same page carries the aggregator's own caveat: 'This asset has been verified by Pera Wallet. This is not a guarantee of the asset's legitimacy or security.'
The Second Token and the Multi-Chain Promise
The site's token page also name-checks a second asset: 'Token Hub — TLP & REA.' REA is the unit name of 'RE Advertising,' an Algorand asset with a one-million-token supply whose creator account was first funded by the same wallet that manages TLP — an on-chain funding trace that ties the two tokens to one ecosystem. The site's cached homepage described RE Advertising as 'the Algorand DeFi platform for crypto advertising, ASA airdrops, and token repair,' where users 'burn REA tokens to run billboard ads, claim free Algorand airdrops, and donate dead tokens — all on-chain,' claiming '90% of ad spend burned forever.' Its asset record points to readvertising.org, which now serves the same TLP Projects landing page. REA's market footprint mirrors TLP's: about $670 of Tinyman liquidity, 24-hour volume near $11, and three Pact pools at zero.
The site bills the whole plan as 'TLP Coin — Multi-Chain': 'Live on Algorand. Expanding to every major chain. One token, unlimited reach,' with a displayed Algorand price of $0.000916, a Solana price of $0.0022, and a 'Cross-Chain Swap' marked 'COMING SOON.' Against that, the only market evidence that could be found is Algorand-side: DexScreener lists exactly two TLP pairs, both on Algorand, and no Solana tracker, exchange or bridge shows a TLP listing. There is no Bluesky or Reddit discussion of the token at all. As of this writing, the 'LIVE' Solana price on the landing page has no verifiable market behind it.
What to Make of It
The funnel, the token's structure and the market picture above compose into one consistent story: an ASA that is real and still active, an operator who keeps moving tokens on-chain, and a public presence that is sales copy end to end. The 'free' email signup, the referral framing and the manager-controlled reserve make the incentive structure legible — whatever value TLP holds accrues to the project's own ecosystem, not to any outside merchant or user of the 'preferred payment method' the asset describes itself as on Vestige. Vestige's disclaimer about its own badge is the right frame for the whole offering. None of this is evidence of fraud: searches turn up no complaints or warnings, and the chain shows a functioning, if minuscule, market. But a reader deciding whether the $0 blueprint is worth an email address should know that everything behind it — the token, the roadmap, the empire — currently rests on a supply that is 99.6% out of circulation and a page that says considerably more than the chain does.
