Minimum balance (Algorand)

The minimum amount of ALGO an Algorand account must hold, which grows with the account's on-chain footprint — currently 0.1 ALGO per asset held or created and 0.1 ALGO per smart-contract box, on top of a small base. It locks value as a spam-prevention measure.
