Humanitarian cash transfers

Delivering humanitarian aid as money (cash or vouchers) that recipients spend as they choose, instead of distributing physical goods. Roughly a fifth of all international humanitarian aid is delivered this way; stablecoin-based rails like HAFN aim to make the underlying transfers faster and cheaper.
