Cash and voucher assistance

Cash and voucher assistance (CVA): humanitarian aid delivered as money or vouchers that recipients can spend as they choose, rather than as in-kind goods. It has grown to roughly a fifth of all international humanitarian aid, and is the delivery model that blockchain-based aid payments aim to make faster and cheaper.
