The Algorand standard for enforcing NFT royalties: a smart contract that holds 'clawback' authority over a token and only lets a sale complete when the royalty payment is bundled into the same transaction group. It is opt-in (the asset's creator must configure it at minting) and marketplaces must integrate it — a plain wallet-to-wallet transfer skips it entirely.
